Meet the Author
Hi, I’m Allasandra.
I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember, back when stories lived in filled notebooks, tiny margins, and anywhere I could fit a sentence. What started as a childhood habit turned into something much bigger… a way to process, to understand, and sometimes, to survive.
I write emotionally driven stories that sit somewhere between romantic suspense and psychological thriller. My work leans into messy relationships, blurred lines, and the kind of truths that don’t come easy.
Most of what I write is rooted in different feelings. Grief. Betrayal. Love. Loss. Each of my books started as something I needed to get out of my system. I’d take a feeling, build a story around it, and live in it for months. By the time I reached the end, something changed. My writing didn’t just tell a story, it helped me let it go.
That’s what my books are to me. Not just stories, but pages of healing.
My earlier works, including Vicariously and the Lost in the Series series, each hold pieces of that journey. They reflect different versions of me, different moments, different wounds. Every book taught me something, even the ones that hurt to write.
Right now, I’m deep in my next novel, What Happens Between Us (releasing October 10, 2026), and it’s the closest I’ve ever felt to a story. This one is different. It’s darker, sharper, more personal. It pulls from everything I’ve learned, everything I’ve experienced, and everything I’ve been building toward as a writer.
My inspiration usually comes from real life. From the things we don’t talk about enough like mental health, complicated emotions, and the quiet, sometimes chaotic way the mind works. I’ve been through a lot, as most of us have, and paired with an overactive imagination, it means my brain is constantly creating scenarios, twisting them, and asking “what if?” a little too often.
So I write them down.
Because sometimes the only way to understand something… is to turn it into a story and see how it ends.
